Throughout his careers, he has been collaborating in variety of industries.  From freelance works as a graphic designer, to working in print-shop environment at a promotional products company.  Later on, he joined a marketing agency team, then extended his learning to photography.

He shifted his learning curve to real estate when he joined a much reputable developer’s Customer Relations team, where he gained the experiences on the condominium construction, quality inspection, and homeowner warranty.  Furthermore, he acquired tremendous condominium pre-sale experience when he was working at a well known sales and marketing firm; with extensive hands on experience in contract handling and project closing.

With many years of flexibility to adapt quickly, he has gained extraordinary knowledge in graphic design, sales & marketing experience in strategic planning, as well as the skills in both condominium sale and after sale services; a Distinctive Proficiency. Those skills built a solid foundation for his capability to act as a Management Consultant that specialized in real estate, collaborating closely with a variety of corporations such as sales & marketing firms, real estate brokerages as a COO, and with developers.
