Sales Coordinator
Magnum Projects – August 2013 to August 2014:
To support sales representatives improve their productivity of selling. Act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages. Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders. Coordinating closely with senior management team with pricing, contract writing, and contract proofing. Prepare reports on sales, presentation centre activities, and provide information of cash flow with finance department and lawyer. Supervising receptionists, ensuring daily inquiries are all answered in a timely manner.
